Guardianship Forms for Maryland
These are vital forms to have on hand if you are concerned you, or someone you love, might be detained by ICE. The form lets you designate someone to care for your children should you be detained by ICE for any reason. Without this form, it is possible that ICE will take your children and put them in the foster system. Using this form allows you to pick a friend or family member to care for your children as you fight for your freedom.
Board of Education Guidance Letter
This document outlines the basic rights that Maryland is granting to students as well as the procedures they have in place regarding ICE interacting with schools. It is not nearly enough to offer the protection needed, but we wanted you to be aware of where the baseline level stands in the state.
